These terms apply to margine.io — our marketing website and waitlist — only. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. There is no paid product or application covered here yet.

Who we are
Margine is operated by Valiac Software LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of New Mexico, USA ("we", "us", "our"). These terms are a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Valiac Software LLC regarding use of margine.io.
The website and waitlist
This site describes Margine and lets you join a waitlist for updates. By submitting your email:
- You agree we may contact you about early access and occasional product news
- You agree to our Privacy Policy
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
- No payment is required; joining the waitlist does not guarantee timing or availability of any future product
- We may change or end the waitlist or site without liability to you
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site: no unlawful activity, no attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, no interference with the site's operation (including excessive automated requests), and no submission of information you don't have the right to share. We may block abusive traffic or refuse waitlist signups that appear fraudulent.
Intellectual property
Content on margine.io (text, design, branding, and logos) is owned by us or our licensors. Don't copy or redistribute it without permission except as allowed by law.
Third-party links
If we link to other sites, we don't control them. Their terms and privacy policies apply there, not these terms.
Disclaimers
This site and any information on it are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Descriptions of a future product are forward-looking and may change.
Limitation of liability
This website and waitlist are provided for informational and early access purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify waitlist subscribers (for example by email). Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of margine.io will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
Privacy
How we handle personal data on this site is described in our Privacy Policy.
Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these terms is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy together are the full agreement between you and us for use of this website.
